Come and
be still.

REST is where Spiritual Flow begins — one session that holds the whole of it. Not another thing to perform. A doorway into the quiet, and the slow discovery that the God you have been reaching for has been here all along.

Most of us know God on Sunday
and lose Him by Tuesday.

Not because He left. Because the week is loud — and somewhere along the way we picked up the idea that drawing near to God is one more thing to be good at. More effort. More feeling. More striving to get somewhere.

REST is built on the opposite conviction. Scripture's most intimate friends of God were never its busiest people. They were its stillest. Be still, and know. In quietness and trust is your strength. The door to His presence was never effort. It is stillness — the one thing the modern soul has forgotten how to do.

So this is twenty unhurried minutes of being taught how to stop. How to wait. How to let the One who already lives in you finally have the room — carried by music engineered for a quiet mind, and words drawn entirely from the Word. It is the truest front door we have. Begin here.

REST: Track Notes
If you want to know God.

Not to know about Him, to know Him.

To hear what He actually thinks of you.

To sense the shape of the life He has for you.

If that is the hunger, there is no better place to begin than here, in stillness.

Scripture is not subtle about this.

From the Psalms to the prophets, the people who came to know God most deeply were not the ones who did the most for Him, they were the ones who learned to wait on Him, quietly, without striving.

It is the single practice the noise of modern life has nearly erased, and the one the Bible keeps returning to.

Rest.

Give it the time, and you will not walk away empty.

He has promised to be found by those who are still enough to look.

Start here.

Start by being still, rest, and let everything else follow.

The Seven Veils

Every Spiritual Flow session moves through seven thresholds, not curtains you push past by effort, but veils that lift as the mind grows quiet.

1. Stillness

2. Reverence

3. Thanksgiving

4. Praise

5. Surrender

 6. Beholding

7. Communion

The path follows the temple shape of drawing near, outer court, inner court, holy of holies, but it ends where that approach could only point.

At the seventh veil, the journey turns inward. You were never traveling toward a distant God.

The veil lifts to reveal what was already true: Christ in you (Colossians 1:27). The session does not bring God near.

He is already nearer than your breath.

It only quiets you enough to notice.

This is rest, not performance.

The music, the words, the breath, none of it is the point.

They prepare the room. The room inside the temple.

The Spirit who already lives in you, inside that temple, does the rest.

This Track

We were taught that knowing God takes effort,  more prayer, more feeling, more striving.

REST is the opposite: twenty minutes of discovering that rest is the waiting, and that the God you have been waiting for has been waiting for you the whole time, already within.

Three Scriptures That Unveil

1

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

The knowing begins where the striving stops.

2

“Truly my soul finds rest in God.” Psalm 62:1

The waiting is not the price of rest; it is the rest.

3

“The LORD will wait for you, that He may be gracious to you.” Isaiah 30:18

The One you waited for was waiting for you — already here.

How to Listen

Home theater system or headphones, earbuds.

Somewhere quiet, unhurried.

Nothing is required of you but to stop and rest.

Before You Go

You were made to know Him
in one of seven ways.

Long before you could earn anything, God wired you with a redemptive gift: a particular way you see Him, reflect Him, and were built to bless the people around you. Romans 12 names seven.

Most people live a whole life without ever knowing which is their redemptive gift.

This is a four-minute test.

You simply choose, again and again, the statement that sounds more like you. At the end you receive a complete, detailed report on your primary redemptive gift, and what it means for how you walk with God.
